If you like to ‘do things yourself’ you may be interested in having an initial assessment just to get some good advice and tailored exercises. Some cases of ongoing back pain can be reduced or eliminated simply with a better understanding of the problem, some changes to your routine at work or home, or appropriate exercises.
All our patients receive tailored advice and exercises as part of their care but you can opt to not receive any direct treatment if you choose. You may be able to fix back pain yourself!
